Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FINTEGIO ERP platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FINTEGIO provides a cloud-based ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) platform designed for Indonesian SMEs. The Service includes modules for sales management, purchasing, inventory, accounting, cash and bank management, HR and payroll, fixed asset management, and business reporting. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it updated.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
  • Use the Service only for lawful business purposes in compliance with Indonesian law.
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Not use the Service to store or transmit malicious code, or to infringe on intellectual property rights.

4. Subscription and Payment

The following terms apply to paid subscriptions:

  • Subscription fees are billed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Free trial periods are available as described on our pricing page. No credit card is required for trials.
  • Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests after 30 days will be evaluated case by case.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into the Service ("Your Data"). We do not claim any ownership rights over Your Data. You grant us a limited license to use Your Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. Upon account termination, you may export Your Data within 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

6. Service Level and Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service failures. We perform daily automated backups and maintain disaster recovery procedures.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, FINTEGIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through the South Jakarta District Court, unless otherwise agreed by both parties to use arbitration through BANI (Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia).

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service at any time. Upon termination by you, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and you have 30 days to export Your Data.
